All exits going west lead to our location.
Highway 20 going west gose to downtown Albany
then Corvallis and Newport.
Pacific Highway 99 goes towards downtown,
then south to Eugene.
When they come together traffic is one way.
Pacific westbound and 9th outbound (east).
We are 4 blocks into that 8 block one-way section.
